Acer's board of directors today announced dual titles for J.T. Wang and Gianfranco Lanci. J.T. Wang, Acer . chairman, with immediate effect, also serves the company as Acer Group's CEO and will manage the overall business of the group and its affiliates. Gianfranco Lanci, the Acer Group president will concurrently serve as Acer's CEO and becomes responsible for Acer's overall business. X
