Aptech joins hands with Seven Rings for training graduates

People skills and corporate computing

Aptech has announced a deal with Italy’s Seven Rings International, an international training company, to train graduates in people skills and corporate computing development.

According to the agreement, Aptech would be the exclusive training delivery partner for participants of Seven Rings International in India. 

Pramod Khera, CEO and MD, Aptech said, “Organisations today are increasingly looking at recruiting people, who besides having the requisite technical and domain skills, have the necessary soft skills to adapt to their work culture and work harmoniously with the internal as well as the external customers.”

Aptech hopes that the partnership would help meet the growing demand for skilled manpower and has plans to expand the programme across the globe. The training includes on the job training wherein the students get an opportunity to implement their skills under the supervision of mentors and professional career guides. At the completion of the course the candidates will receive certification and an experience certificate.

This 40-hour training programme will initially focus on soft skills and corporate computing skill development. The programme will start in Mumbai, and then expand to other places in the country. The programme would spread to other parts of the world such as Eastern Europe and South East Asia later on. The agreement would cover training for more than 100,000 students. X
