Astea International and Larsen & Toubro Infotech have signed a comprehensive partnership agreement which combines Infotech's IT and system integration expertise with Astea's global service management and mobility solutions.

According to Astea President, John Tobin,  the agreement will provide the "highest levels of customer satisfaction to their customers, with faster response times and proactive communication."

Infotech CEO, Sudip Banerjee, concurred. "Astea has extensive experience in delivering proven and innovative software solutions to the global market and has become the 'go to' company for organisations where service is strategic and mission-critical to their business," he said. Banerjee also noted that the two companies were "already actively working together on a large enterprise global deployment of their solution."

Toubro Infotech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), India's largest technology-driven engineering organisation. The company offers comprehensive, end-to-end software solutions and services that reduces overall costs by simplifying the planning process.

Kotak Securities recently valued Larsen & Toubro "based on SOTP with a target price of Rs3,354." X
