Convergys in collaboration with Active Billing,  a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telecom, has announced the implementation of its Infinys billing software to German telecoms operator T-Home.

Deutsche Telekom’s T-Home, currently catering to around 30 million fixed line customers and 13 million broadband subscribers, will replace its billing systems for its customers with Infinys-based software. Company promising to meet the business requirements of T-Home, Riki Allon, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Convergys in Europe, Middle East, and Africa said, ‘To this end, we are delighted with the trust and confidence shown by the T-Home business in Convergys solutions.’ Solutions eh?
