A report on Taiwanese wire Digitimes claimed that formerly loyal add in board partner Gainward will use Radeon graphics chips in the future.

The report, which quotes 'market sources', said Gainward will release graphics boards soon based on the HD4850 and 4870 products, the report added.

Nvidia is likely to react to the move by dropping prices or offering other incentives to keep its other add in board parties in line. X
