Google is experimenting on distributing original material on the web. The search giant will show Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy on the web. MacFarlane’s is the creator of “Family Guy” on television that was broadcast on Fox, reports The New York Times.

Apart from broadcasting on web, Google is also interested in doing ground truth collection. It will magnify the newspapers of yesteryears and put them on the web too. X
