Hybrid auto rickshaw arrives - Green tuk tuk anyone?

The auto rickshaw has been one of the most common means of transport for the common man in developing countries in Asia and Africa. These three wheeled transporters emit large amounts of CO2 which result in severe air pollution.  Can it be controlled?

ENVIU, an international NGO has been organizing competitions to develop a kit which will reduce the amount of pollution that an auto emits as well as increase efficiency. X
