A filing to the SEC by chip giant Intel today shows the salary the top executives earn and it’s not certainly not peanuts they’re accumulating.
The report also begs the question who is likely to succeed chief executive officer and president Paul Otellini, who is currently 58 and will have to step down when he hits 60.
The money Intel pays to its senior directors is broken down into base salary, stock awards, stock options, an incentive plan and all other compensation.

So who will succeed Paul Otellini? Sean Maloney, a Brit, has been tipped before as a future CEO of Intel. The odds are that Intel, if possible, will promote from inside. X
