Kenexa launches skills assessment software

Aims to help organisations recruit and retain talent

Kenexa, a talent management and retention company, has launched its skills assessment software Kenexa Prove It in India.

The software includes more than 900 validated assessments for clerical, software, call centre, behavioural, financial, healthcare, industrial and technical job classifications. The suite of assessments has been designed to help organisations quickly identify qualified candidates and enhance the candidate screening process globally.
