Under the telecom regulator, Trai, all telecom companies have signed an agreement to set up all pending problems related to the linkage of their network. This was due to the  influence of the resolution of the interconnect issue between the GSM operators and Reliance Communications(RCom).

Under the terms of this agreement, the telcos are to mutually settle all the issues related to the interconnect pact by the 15th of October, of  this year. Even the operators have agreed to to renew all the expired interconnect agreements, and clear the payments within the next seven days, so admitting to the superiority of Trai's decisions, to dominate in case of any other like disputes to occur in the future.
