By Umli Miuli @ Thursday, August 07, 2008 10:52 AM

Dax Networks, one of the top three networking companies in India, and Perle, have launched IOLAN Secure Console Servers which are claimed to offer remote data centre management with reduced costs.

Administrators can securely access remote serial console ports on equipment such as Private Branch Exchanges, servers, routers, LAN switches, UPS, network storage equipment and security appliances through an IP network. It is claimed to be the most advanced series of multi-port console servers available in the market.

Subashini Prabhakar, Chief Technology Manager, Dax Networks said, ‘Dax is now all set to launch end-to-end networking infrastructure solutions which are tailor-made for the Indian market in terms of technology and cost efficiency. Device management products form a part of network infrastructure solutions.’

Dax is currently offering networking products to the government, telecom, ISP, financial services, education, defence  and corporate segments among others. X
