Pacific Biosciences to sequence genome in 15 minutes - Flashes of light enable scientists to read DNA fragment's sequence

A $100 million start-up is developing technology  to facilitate the integration of DNA sequencing into mainstream medicine. This will help Pacific Biosciences of Menlo Park, California, to introduce its high speed system, for reading the chemical letters of DNA.
