Section - Outsourcing/Outsourcing | | | | Patni Computers wants only 'performers:and will kick out non-performers. Hundreds of them. The company has reduced its work force by 400 citing inadequate performance, reported the Economic Times.
Rajesh Padmanabhan, executive Vice-president and head global HR, Patni said , every year the firm decoked its our employees on a scale of five, the employees who get 0-1 rating on the scale form the first level short-list. He said these are 'performance based'resignations. It's nothing to do with the recession.
Every year the firm weeds out 'non-performers' and last year slung out 148 employees as non-performers. Nice wprk if you can't get it. X | |
