| | Never mind the headline gaining iPhone, the most popular phone in the world is still the Motorola Razr V3.
According to figures release by Admob Mobile Metrics the phone is still the most popular handset in the world for the second year running.
The data, which is compiled using log file analysis of adverts served by Admob worldwide shows that Motorola still has huge dominance in the US with four of the top five handsets. The only others are the Blackberry 8100 and Nokia N70.
The survey is taken seriously because it is not based on the latest mobile phone sales life information about which handsets are being used daily.
