RBE may finalise deal with Dreamworks - Agreement would give an international presence to RBE

Anil Ambani’s Reliance Big Entertainment (RBE) may soon finalise a deal with Steven Spielberg’s Dreamworks, reports the Economic Times.

The deal, worth around $1.5 billion, may be announced in a month. RBE plans to produce 30 movies in  four years. Once the deal is finalised, RBE will own a 50 per cent stake, and Dreamworks will have equal amounts of debt and equity. The deal could make RBE a major entertainment company with an international presence. X
