Telinovation has chosen Sobha Renaissance Information Technology (SRIT) as its global strategic partner. Following the deal, SRIT will become the world's second company to offer third party e-pay gateways.

Telinovation offers something called multi delivery amenity banking (MDAB) payment technology to facilitate real time settlement on various delivery platforms like point of sale, mobile payment, Web and ATM through card and cash.

The outfit says it hopes to address newer and emerging markets by benefiting from the global market presence of SRIT. The company will in return benefit from Telinovation’s tools and capabilities to grow its telecom’s managed-IT, enterprise, and healthcare exchange businesses. So everyone will be happy.

The MDAB technology can be implemented with a standard PC having Internet connectivity. The terminal independent MDAB client software component runs on a merchant computer. The client works as a local payment gateway through electronic data capture and accepts debit and credit card with direct bank settlement.

Some of the clients of MDAB are Indian Railways, ICICI Bank, Canara Bank, Reliance Communications, Airtel, and Cox & King. X
