Times Business Solutions, which owns Timesjobs.com has acquired CyberMediaDice.com, a tech job portal from Cyber Media group, reports the Economic Times.
 
Media Dice Careers was a joint venture between Dice India and Cyber Media. However, it became Cyber Media Careers after the Cyber Media group founder Pradeep Gupta acquired Dice India Holdings. Following the acquisition of the job portal, it has vacated the career space and has transfered all users to TimesJobs.com.

While this may provide a boost to the Times portal as the data base will contain may more resumes of IT professionals, it may also have a lot of duplication as many candidates may have registered with both the portals. X
