Wipro and Oracle team up for PIPs

Aim to get services to market more quickly

By Jayant Mishra in Mumbai @ Wednesday, September 24, 2008 9:28 AM

Wipro and Oracle have joined forces to develop and jointly market PIPs (Process Integration Packs), using which communication service providers (CSPs) can ensure a flow of services in the market more quickly.

PIPs will also enable CSPs to identify new revenue streams through enhanced data analysis, and capitalise on new opportunities by rapidly adapting to rationalised business processes.

Under the agreement, apart from jointly working with Oracle for marketing PIPs, Wipro will also provide design, quality and development assurance support to Oracle. X
